At Peptivia Lab, we are committed to shipping your orders quickly and securely throughout Quebec & Canada. We offer free shipping via Purolator Express on all orders of $300 and over, with no exceptions.
Delivery Zones We deliver across Canada, with the exception of extremely remote areas (contact us for confirmation).
Shipping Times Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST on business days ship the next day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Express options are available for certain regions via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, with delivery in two days in most cases.

Tracking & Confirmation Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real time through the selected carrier.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Order Cancellation If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at info@peptivialab.com to receive a refund.
Refund Requests Refund requests can be submitted up to 30 days after the order date.
Processing Time Refunds are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days after approval and will appear on your account according to your financial institution’s processing times.
